  • Merilana is a registered and licensed coffee shop business in Panama and operates under Panama laws.

  • All prices are in US Dollar / Panama Balboa (equal currency)

  • Note that prices displayed online may differ from prices in store. 

  • Note that certain items listed on the menu may not be available in store or that new items may be available in store that is not listed on our website.

  • All employees have completed their health checks required by law and are in possession of their health cards which is displayed in store. 

  • All certifications and approvals have been completed and is up to standard including fumigation and operation licenses.  

  • Merilana offers a range of specialty grade coffee with a cupping score of 85% offering a rich and flavorful cup of coffee. 100% Panameño. 100% Arabica. Single origin. 

  • PLEASE NOTE that our products are made with certain ingredients that may cause allergic reactions or might not meet special dietary needs - This includes full cream milk and fresh natural milk, eggs, sugar, flour, wheat, nuts, gluten, chocolate etc. Please ask in advance if you have any health requirements.  We will not be held responsible for any medical expenses associated with any health conditions or allergic reactions. 

  • We do offer a selection of alternative milks for coffee and tea (skimmed, lactose free, almond, soy)

  • We offer various reading books. All books are the property of the company. Please do not remove any books from the premises.

  • We offer various games including chess, dominos, cards etc. Please do not remove our games from the store. 

  • Our shop is under 24-hour video surveillance 

  • We accept card payments (visa/mastercard) and Yappy payments.

  • Trading hours from Tuesdays to Saturdays from 8am until 5pm.  We may also be closed on public holidays.

  • Special opening times and holiday times will be announced on our social media pages

Important notice:  Smoking and pets/animals are not allowed in our premises due to Panama laws, building rules & regulations and strict health regulations. Furthermore, our premises features private legal offices and conference areas. Thank you for your understanding.
